 | | ABOUT ME |  | David Morgan grew up in Toronto, and graduated from UTS and the University of Toronto (University College) before obtaining his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1970.
Returning to Southern Ontario, he pursued a career in Sales and Marketing in the Packaging and Printing Industries, before joining Goodyear Canada in 1980. Over the course of a 24-year career with Goodyear, Dave held a number of diverse assignments including Corporate Planning, Marketing Research, Environmental Affairs, and for nearly ten years he managed and directed the real estate portfolio. After taking early retirement from Goodyear in 2004, Dave completed his licensing education in 2005 and has pursued a career in commercial real estate brokerage since then.
A lifelong advocate of continuing education, Dave completed the Certificate Program in Environmental Management at Ryerson University in 1996, and obtained his Designation as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2006.
