Put A CCIM on Your Bench 

Our Professional sports teams have productively embraced the concept of the Specialist – but as REALTORS ® , it seems that we are still in the Dark Ages! Consider these: 

  • When was the last time a National or American League Baseball team NOT turn to a Relief Pitcher? It’s only in rare cases now that a Pitcher goes for a complete game.
  • In the NFL or CFL, they used to have “two-way” players, who played the whole game! No longer – we have Offensive Specialists, Defensive Specialists, Kickers, Kick  Returners – and some teams even rotate the Defensive Line, and sometimes the Linebackers, for important plays.
  • In the NHL, the team’s Power Play Specialists, and the Penalty Kill Unit, can make or break a Playoff Run.  

But when we come to our Real Estate Deals, we put pressure on ourselves, to do each and every  Deal, from start to finish!
